MAIN INDOOR ARENA
20m X 60m Cushion Track surface with heated viewing gallery for 100 people down the bottom end of the arena and spacious judges box at far end of the arena. The arena is fitted with a quality sound system and public timing display. Pedestrian entry to main arena includes secretary's desk, café and seating area, which is used at all competitions. Customer toilets are situated in the same building next to the viewing gallery.

Can be used for
Dressage and Show jumping competitions / training. Showing, dog shows, lecture demos. Pony Club / Riding Club rallies. Private hire: Dressage / S.J.

SMALL INDOOR ARENA
20m X 30m A mix of Fibre & Silica Sand surface with Rubber (under the same roof as the Main Arena). Primarily used as an additional warm up / lunging area at competitions.

Can be used for
Private hire for dressage use only. Pony Club / Riding Club dressage rallies. Showing, dog shows.

MAIN OUTDOOR ARENA
35m X 65m Cushion Track Premier surface. Portable judges box at far end. There is a public display situated next to judges box and a quality sound system is fitted.

Can be used for
Dressage and Show jumping competitions / training. Showing, dog shows, lecture demos. Private hire (minimum 4 hrs). Dressage / S.J.

SECOND OUTDOOR ARENA
20m X 60m Silica Sand and Rubber surface. This arena is mainly used as an additional warm up arena for showing shows and affiliated dressage.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT FOR HIRE

Full set of B.S.J.A. Show Jumps: (only available for hire on certain days when the course is built).
Practice fences: (available for general use during school hire).
Radio Mic's: (hand-held and head-set - ideal for lectures demos etc.).
Dressage boards and full set of dressage markers.
2 sets of B.S.J.A. Timing Equipment.
Working Hunter fences.

CAFÉ
The Café will be open during all events held at Tall Trees. It will open one hour before the first class and close half an hour after the last class. The café can be hired on show days (providing the show lasts a minimum of 4 hrs).

CAR PARKING
Car Parking is available for approx. 100 lorries (all of which is on hard standing).

STABLING
We have 25 stables on site. These are available for hire on all show days and overnight before / after any event. Stables can also be hired at any time if competitors are on route to another venue.
12 stables are under cover and the rest are outdoor boxes. All stables are on shaving (which will be provided) and any additional bedding required can be obtained from Tall Trees free of charge. All stables have electric and are close to a water supply. Parking places close to the stable blocks will be reserved for clients who have hired them.

HIRE CHARGES:
Main Indoor Arena:- £30/hr
Small Indoor Arena:- £20/hr
Outdoor Arena:- £30/hr

An additinal £5 will be added to all hire costs per hour for the use of lights.

The above prices are quoted for 2 horses, extra horses (main & outdoor arenas only) £5 extra per horse. Max. number of horses - 4.

Bookings can only be made for a minimum of 1 hr in hourly blocks.

Schooling Jumps (main / outdoor arena only) £8 extra per hr.

Stables are available for hire (it is advisable to book in advance): £8 per day
£25 overnight

Hire of B.S.J.A. course (set up only on certain days): £35/hr (2 horses)

Hire of whole venue: £450/day
In addition: Show Jumps: £100/day
                Timing Equip: £50/day
                W.H. Jumps: £50/day
                Café : £50/day (min 4hrs)

Special rates are offered for block bookings and for local Pony / Riding Clubs

All above prices include VAT at 17.5%

CONDITIONS OF HIRE

We are offering our facilities for hire at fair rates and in return we ask the hirer/s to abide by the following conditions:

• The schools are hired from one hour to the next. The hirer must vacate the arena at the end of their time to allow the next person to enter. All arena's must be skipped out after use.
• Schooling jumps are available for hire (see current charges). The B.S.J.A. jumps may not be used for schooling purposes. Jumps must be set out and cleared from the arena within the hired period (please allow enough time to get jumps out and put them away when hiring the arena).
• All riders must wear approved head and foot wear whilst mounted on the premises.
• Clubs etc. hiring the arena/s will be asked for a non-refundable deposit of 30% prior to booking.
• Persons and/or clubs/societies etc. hiring the premises do so at their own risk. The management are not responsible for any loss or damage to persons, animals, vehicles or equipment whilst on the premises.
• Do not muck out lorries/trailers into the car park.
• Stables are available for hire and can be booked direct with Tall Trees (all stables used MUST be mucked out after use).
• We ask all hirer's to please leave the premises as clean as possible.
• The café is available on request only and for a minimum of 4hrs at a time.
• All damages/breakages must be reported to the management and paid for.
• Hirer's must only use the facilities that they have hired and paid for.
• Any club/society/individual using the facility for a S.J. competition must only use a B.S.J.A. approved course builder. (We do not want a reputation for badly built courses).
